The customer service was great, the walking distance to visit the touristic area and all restaurants are next to the hotel, if you don't like noise, this hotel is not for you, I really enjoyed the music all night from my room, the staff needs to perform better clean or pest control is needed since we found roaches in both rooms, also they gym wasn't opened at the time listed and it was dirty as well, besides that the rest of my stay was good.

Horrible sewer smell coming from drain in bathroom, noisy exhaust fan, hard bed. Had to check out early, hope I can get a refund. Neither the hotel or Expedia is responding.

Place was ok . Great location . Pool could be heated and new cushions on the pool chairs and loungers definitely needed. Restaurant was expensive and seafood was mediocre.

A northern musical group with drums like buckets and bad singer kept loud drum hitting music until almost 4.00am; We got food poisoning in a coffee place with cucarachas across the hotel; Some streets are dirty and stinky; There was not Music Veracruzana in the Zocalo, nothing related to Veracruz but to Northern Mexican states; The food in restaurants were poor service;, very salty soup,; The Church floor across was dirty. We had to change the room because the first one did not have a nice view and so We Appreciate The Front Desk Personnel and so the bell boy JOSE whom help us with a much better view at higher corner room. We Love The Hotel; Unfortunately the surroundings are too noisy not with music from Veracruz but with music from Northern Mexico;

The hotel has 4 star rating. Thats very incorrect. The rooms are old and dark. The only 4 star rating is for lobby, exterior and restaurant. I booked a different hotel after one night.

Dated hotel but clean room
A nice big hotel which is a bit dated but the room was very clean. There was a strong smell of chemicals which we were unsure where this smell came from. The bathroom could do with an update but overall we were happy.

We were lucky to stay right downtown lots of places to visit, music , and restaurants to choose from . Lots of taxis as well as hop on hop off bus

Great Location!
It was a good stay, the staff was friendly and kind. The location is perfect to explore some of the main landmarks. The hotel has parking and is a perk, since you can explore the area without having to drive. Lots of restaurants in the area. The room was clean, however the hotel is a little outdated. It would be much nicer if it was renovated.
