Me gusto la atención de el staff hacia los huéspedes, no me gusto el ares del gym, necesita remodelación (nuevo equipo) y mas limpieza. Utensilios para limpiar antes y después de usarlos.

This property was wonderful. Alessandra made sure the room was perfect for us. The restaurant was fresh.. and we ate 3 meals a day there... all delicious. The pool was a fine size, but always in heavy use. Staff was wonderful, i will only stay here in the future.

Property is conveniently located to many places to visit within walking distance. Pretty safe area. The only complaint I had was in regards to old linens (bed, towels) but as soon as I made management aware of it they corrected it for me immediately which was very pleasant.

Office center was nice but no printer is available. Staff is excellent, courteous, and professional. Overall a great place to stay with amazing views of the boats and water. Restaurant is good too, I reccomend the Fajitas!

Viejo pero agradable.
El Hotel requiere de serias remodelaciones, si esta muy viejo, y por lo mismo uno encuentra daños en muebles, paredes y techos. Pero definitivamente tiene potencial para mejorar.

Perfecta ubicación en el Puerto, y si se es afortunado podrá tener una interesante vista. Para bañarse y disfrutar el sol, la alberca es la mejor opción en lugar de las habitaciones playas aledañas.

Good location, pretty, clean.
We enjoyed our stay, even when it was just to sleep and take shower because our goal was to be out to know the city. Personnel was nice with us. There is valet parking service and bell boy but I decide to avoid them because of covid reasons. I like it’s location, close to La Parroquia coffee, the Mercado de artesanías the harbor. The facilities are pretty, the building isn’t new but it’s in good shape, it’s pretty. I would stay there again.

Not a cost effective option
Pros: Very good location, one of very a few hot in Veracruz Centro which has the real ocean view instead of port view. Friendly staff of doormen and luggage staffs who are able to communicate in English. Cons: The hotel is extremely old fashioned, the room decoration seems like dozens years ago, no USB insert on the wall, no fridge, towels are extremely worn out. None of the receptionists speak any English, poor attitudes. Not pets friendly. No waiting seats in the lobby.

Super clean!
We really enjoyed our time spent here. The hotel was very clean and the location is perfect. We stayed during Carnival 2020. The rooms are very spacious which was nice. The only thing I would like to have seen different would be a refrigerator in the room. We ended up buying a cooler which worked just fine.

Great location. Friendly staff but maintenance quite off kilter. Outer balconies sun ravaged, my room smelled musty and had water leakage marks on ceiling. Indeed next morning I stepped into a small water puddle while exiting my bed. The 1st key card given would not open the door, but staff quickly gave me another one. It may be a case of the company trying to lower costs any way it can.
