El hotel está viejo y huele bastante mal en las habitaciones. Fui al gimnasio llegando de mi vuelo y no había agua. Después de solicitarla tardaron casi 30 minutos en traerla. En el restaurante para el desayuno, de los 5 meseros y personal que había en el restaurante, nadie ofrece café, no había personal disponible en el área de plancha, pésimo servicio. El piso del restaurante estaba lleno de agua. Muy poco higiénico para un restaurante. No recomiendo para nada este hotel.

The beds we’re duty!! The sheets with hairs and the pillows too. Unacceptable! I was preparing a meeting and I finished around 3 :00 AM tired… when I open the bed surprise!!! The sheets Duty!! The receptionist was nice and moving to a different room, but at 3:30 AM !!!

Not great, but ok for the money.
This hotel is older and falling apart on the outside and in the pool area. Poolside service is virtually non existent, despite this being billed as a restort. However, the interior is pretty well kept up and clean.

Fuimos con amigos, eran 3 habitaciones. Nuestro ac no funcionaba, la habitación no estaba realmente limpia, en otra habitación salió una cucaracha una mañana en el baño. El servicio de meseros en la alberca y recepción muy bien. Pondría más atención a la limpieza de las habitaciones

Mi peor experiencia en Veracruz!!!
Muy mala experiencia! Varios problemas, solo mencionaré los 4 más relevantes: Ocupamos 3 habitaciones, todas tuvieron problemas con el drenaje de la regadera. Nadie se acercó a ayudarnos para recoger maletas ni llevarlas al auto. Venden que tienen playa pero lo único qué hay son muchas rocas - no hay playa! Y lo peor: Encontramos un cubrebocas flotando en la alberca, lo reportamos y tardaron casi una hora en decidirse a retirarlo. Llama la atención que vendan la idea de que puedes viajar con confianza sanitaria cuando no tienen esos cuidados.

The hotel was clean and well kept. Prior to booking we called to make sure things were available due to COVID. Upon arrival we found out the access to the beach was closed due to remodel, the breakfast buffet is only on the weekends. The large soaking tub in your room , is nothing more then a regular bathtub. The beds were comfortable. The grounds well kept. The building not so much. While the inside looked nice the exterior was kind of old and falling apart in the back and on the side. Staff was nice and helpful. The helped direct me to where I could work and where we should eat. Polite and respectful. Our room however had an extremely loud noise, like an airplane landing. Staff told me I was out of luck. It was quite loud and continued most of the night. Overall I was impressed with staff and friendliness but not the shape of the hotel

This is not anew hotel, but it is well kept and generally clean...just one day when housekeeping didn’t quite do the job. Very friendly staff. Breakfast so-so. One issue: the Posada chain (of which the Fiesta Inn and the Grand Fiesta are part), really limit in-room amenities: no coffee maker, no fridge, etc. Best to know That in advance so you can bring what you need with you. Still, considering all the COVID-19 restriction they have to deal with, I would give this hotel a solid positive review. We would definitely consider going back.

the staff was excellent, I stayed in two different Junior Suites and neither of them served the phones, I had to look for the hotel phone number and talk about my cell phone so I could order food or any other serviceman I took, either one of the elevators was working, you had to go up and down the stairs, I'm sure this was the last time I stayed in that hotel

As we arrived we were told that the hotel was closed because of the situation and we should go to another branch as well as our reservation would be fine. As we arrived at the other branch, we were told that they had to check everything and that we should pay the fare at that hotel. In the end and after a lot of discussing on the next they respected everything but we lost a lot of time.

Buenas tardes, En efecto por temas de la contingencia el hotel Fiesta Inn Boca del Río se encontraba cerrado, sin embargo le brindamos el servicio en nuestro hotel hermano Grand Fiesta Americana respetando su reservación, lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes. Esperamos verlo pronto. Excelente día.
