Outstanding stay in a beautiful hotel, staff are friendly and obliging. Food was excellent as was the choice of food. The golfing facilities are the best in the area from the practice areas to the course itself. Spa, swimming and gym facilities are excellent.

Definitely recommend this hidden gem!
We enjoyed our stay here, would have liked to stay longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were firm yet comfortable. The bathroom was clean, could have used fresh paint and grout cleaner but was spacious and had a great shower. The restaurant and cafe/bar were both very nice too.

Comfortable stay and nice dinner and breakfast.
Nice stay, warm, comfortable and a good dinner and breakfast selection. Hotel room and lobby seemed a little dark and tired.

Excellent staff but the hotel needs updating.
Excellent staff and good food in the restaurant and hotel bar. Some areas of the hotel need updating due to them looking dated and tired. Our bathroom was so old for a 4 star hotel it lets the place down.

Nice hotel with reedy management, not worth the 4
Good location and facilities like spa and gym, but very greedy management. Just one bottle 33cl water the first day, the safe needs to be rented, no coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast worth maybe one, not 4,stars only 4 types of cold cuts, 4 types of cheese or fruit, all of them the cheap version. Worse of all, plenty of birds in the indoor breakfast room, sitting on chairs and tables, and staff not doing anything. Will not go there again.

All fine bar one..!!!
We really enjoy coming to this hotel/golf resort and love playing the course, the rest of the facilities are good all areas of service are exceptional... our only concern is the rooms are looking lacklustre and tired and could maybe do with a refurb, that apart the stay was fine and we, ll be back again...!!!

Excellent Long Stay
This was a long stay (28nights) and was excellent throughout. Housekeeping/Room cleanliness was first class the entire time. Food in the restaurant (we were half-board) was also excellent. It's not haute cuisine but, for the price, was very good indeed. Plenty of variety for our long stay. TV channels were a little limited by modern standards and the hotel were inflexible about allowing us to swap a dinner for a lunch (which seemed odd). That aside, first class.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel, fantastic views in a really beautiful setting. Service was great as was the breakfast. Several good restaurants in and around the hotel Loved everything except the WiFi which was truly woeful

Well Appointed Rooms
Nice well appointed room. Mattress quite firm so a little uncomfortable but still slept well. Quite a step to get out of the bath/shower which made exiting a little precarious with wet feet. Would have been better with a walk-in shower. Rooms reasonably well insulated against noise from neighbouring rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay here at the golf resort, the room was very clean and spacious and had all the facilities except tea/coffee making facilities, played golf on a lovely course, relaxed by the pool, the swimming pool was great, had lunch and drinks on the pool terrace, close by to other bars, had a wonderful time, will be back.

The hotel was lovely and the room had a brilliant view. The only negative aspect was the bath which was very slipperly and difficult to get in and out of. A proper bath mat would help.

A very good hotel
We only stayed one night in this hotel, but we were very happy with it. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast. Both were exceptional! Both buffets. Definitely we would stay here again.

Our first time at Valle del Este and it won,t be our last, no real complaints about anything, this reasort is perfect for golfers who require a beautiful challenging course in excellent condition backed up by a really nice hotel just as well looked after..!!! We stayed for three nights and wished it could have been more.....hats off to the staff both on and off the course...

Staff very accommodating, the bed was very hard so they immediately put a mattress topper on. We also forgot our plug adapters so they loaned us 2. But the bathrooms had a horrible smell coming up from the waste pipes, I think & the room very extremely hot & think that because it was end of November they had switched off the air conditioning.

Information in the room gave opening times of local facilities 10 - 2 and 5 - 7 we arrived at 3.30 and went to the local supermarket at 5 to find it had closed at 5. No facilities for coffee making or to purchase any snacks outside of the restaurant.

Food in restaurant is poor for a 4 star hotel if you don’t eat meat. Staff in restaurant seemed to disappear to collect food for themselves so no one around to clear tables. I had to clear our table myself not what I expect in a 1 star hotel never mind a 4 star hotel.
