This secluded property boasts a private garden with a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities. The angular pool measures 13 x 5 meters with a depth ranging from 120 to 165 cm and is available seasonally from June 1st to September 30th. Outdoors Nestled in the district of Vera Playa, the estate offers a natural state property with a garden (not fenced) featuring a wildlife garden and trees. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, and garden furniture. The property provides motor access via an unmade road and parking for up to 5 cars. Other Information Amenities nearby include a supermarket 2 km away, a restaurant, bar, and café within 600 meters, and the sandy Quitapellejos beach just 600 meters from the vacation rental. Additionally, a cycle lane is accessible at 600 meters. The owner does not accept youth groups, and animal husbandry activities take place on the estate. There are several bedrooms, including one with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and an en-suite shower and WC. Another bedroom has a single bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). The main living room features an open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, flat-screen TV, and access to the garden. The large kitchen is well-appointed with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. Amenities Included The vacation property is furnished with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Wireless internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Upon arrival on May 27, 2025, we were informed by the owner that the pool would not be in use until the end of June, even though the listing stated it would be available from June 1\. This was a major reason we chose the property, and the change was not communicated beforehand.Additionally, we encountered significant cleanliness issues. We found insects, including cockroaches and maggots, in the accommodation, particularly on the bedding. We reported this immediately to both the property owner and VRBO but received no effective support or resolution. Promises to address the issue were made but not followed through.We also requested assistance in relocating or getting alternative arrangements, but were told we needed to make our own arrangements.
