Sehr sauber alles. Erste Lage am Strand. Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett und schnell. Garage ebenfalls vorhanden. Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Strand nur durch die Promenade (Fußweg) getrennt. La terraza frente a la playa es un remanso de paz, en el que cada amanecer es un espectáculo y cualquier momento del día es especial. Por el paseo marítimo se llega a la zona más concurrida de restaurantes en apenas 5 minutos paseando. Está muy bien comunicado para poder visitar Mojácar, el parque natural del cabo de Gata y otros lugares de interés. Cuenta con una terraza magnífica muy aprovechable. Los colchones eran muy cómodos y estaba impecable. A nosotros nos convenció mucho que tuviera estufa, porque en invierno se queda fría, pero entre la estufa y un par de radiadores en las habitaciones estuvimos fenomenal. Die offene Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft bietet insgesamt viel Platz (auch fürs Auto). Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Bars schnell zu erreichen. Der kilometerlange Strand ist sehr sauber und lädt zum Spazieren und Baden ein. Fahrradfahren, skaten u.ä. sind auf der langen Promenade möglich.
