Our room didn’t get cleaned during our stay leaving us running out of toilet paper on day 2 (and no spare rolls in the room) there are no ironing facilities in the rooms and no “do not disturb” notices to hand on the door or an obvious way to lock them from the inside (meaning room service woke us up at 10am by banging loudly on the door then just coming in despite our cries that we are still in bed…she never came back after!)
