### Eddie's Caravan @ VB

Tucked away at the ‘Paris end’ of Venus Bay’s First Estate, Eddie's Caravan @ VB offers a peace and stillness that is hard to find in the busy modern world. Sweeping views across the paddocks are framed by ancient pines and ocean dunes as cares dissolve with the casual tumble of the windmills on the horizon and the distant rumble of the surf.  
  
Eddie's Caravan is located within easy walking distance to shops, café and beaches. Beach 1 is a 15 minute walk across a nearby track over the dunes. Stunning views over farmland, Bald Hill wind farms and out to Wilsons Prom.  
  
Eddie is a recently renovated, self-contained, vintage Viscount caravan. The caravan is located on the corner of the property with its own driveway.   
  
As we don't book the house and caravan at the same time you'll have the place to yourself.   
  
Pet Friendly. Dogs welcomed inside the caravan. Includes 10 sqm fully enclosed animal enclosure. Fully fenced yard.  
The caravan contains:  
Double bed  
Reverse cycle air conditioning  
TV  
Sound-bar with Bluetooth connectivity  
Fetch TV with Netflix, Stan and Prime  
Retro Atari game console  
Wi-Fi  
Bathroom (inside caravan) with shower, toilet, sink  
Kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, induction hotplates, toaster oven and coffee pod machine.  
  
Outside you will find:  
Weber BBQ  
Outdoor wood heater (BYO firewood)  
Upcycled dining table and chairs  
Outdoor Shower  
Hammock with outdoor TV  
External Laundry with washer and dryer  
2 Adult bicycles  
  
You have access to the caravan and all external areas of the property. You do not have access to the house itself
