The pool and game room were magnificent for families with children ranging in age from 10 to 28. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach side view rooms are awe inspiring.

I loved Mandolay Beach but Hilton really took was was lovely and turned up the ambiance to magical. Our room faced right out to the ocean and it was difficult to leave that balcony. I've traveled a lot and this hotel that is only an hour from my home is still one of the most beautiful that I've stayed in

This is a beautiful, well maintained property. It is located directly on the beach. The prices are good and each price is determined by the view, I liked this because the rooms are mostly all the same (I am sure there are some exceptions) so for a very affordable price you can have a gorgeous room. I live on the water so the view wasn't important for me. The service is beyond good, all of the employees were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort.

I liked how there was two places we can eat and can charge to our room. The only issue is the condition of our room, blinds had stains on them and the floor had a crack. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors but everything else was great. I would come again.

Zachari Dunes is a great family-resort. For whatever reason it seemed under-staffed and some of the smaller amenities and activities were not available on weekdays.

Happy Anniversary/Not so Happy Anniversary
We had a wonderful anniversary stay. Checking out and since then, there has been a problem that I'm trying to rectify with Hotels.com; The Zachary Dunes and my charge card. I had paid for my 3nite stay in advance, checking out I knew it was suppose to be resort fees and parking. My mistake of not reviewing my final bill until I got home & checked my credit card charges. I was double charged and have been trying to deal with this.
