Great layout, we had two teens with us, everyone got a separate space. Family room worked as a bedroom for one. They were in the hot tub 3 times a day, able to see palms while relaxing in the tub. We were there at Thanksgiving, there is a full kitchen - although we didn't use it much, we could have cooked for an entire family easily - ample outdoor space to host. Bathroom is as nice or nicer than most serious hotels. An extra blanket or two would be useful - the wall heater doesn't get into the back bedrooms very easily.
