Perfectly situated mid-beach and only moments from the sand, this newly renovated home offers beautiful ocean, island, and beach views from nearly every angle. Designed with comfort and style in mind, the Modern Hip Beach House blends coastal elegance with a laid-back bohemian touch — the ideal escape for relaxation and sunshine. As you enter, you’re greeted by a bright, bohemian-style living area featuring a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating — a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. The spiral staircase draws your eyes upward to the main living level, while the first-floor bedroom offers a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, and television. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower completes this floor. Head upstairs to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where natural light and ocean views fill the space. Step out onto your private balcony overlooking the Pacific, a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the view of the shoreline. Inside, the living area offers a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a fireplace for cool coastal evenings. The dining table seats six, and the large center island includes two bar stools — perfect for casual meals or conversation while cooking.
