Willow Brook Lodge is set on the bank of a small Brook on the outskirts of Whitwell on the Isle of Wight. With its cosy inviting woodland theme throughout and it’s open ceiling wooden beams it can sleep up to 4 guests. It was extremely clean, quiet and a great base to adventure from each day. The hosts provided lots of essentials and some lovely extras to enable us to relax at home after a day out. There’s plenty of space to relax and watch the squirrels and have a nice homemade meal with island produce. Every thing is clean and tidy and all needs are catered for a long or short stay. Great out side space to sit and watch the bird's and even be lucky to see a Red Squirrel. Loved the outdoor bath used twice. You my be in a country setting but by car you are not too far from every thing. Your host Gemma and James are always on hand if you need anything. Lovely chickens in the garden producing beautiful eggs which Emma left on her lovely welcoming tray which included milk, bread, spreads etc. Excellent Wi-Fi and tv set up. The kitchen with its appliances an absolute winner. We were late in the year so the cottage is quite hidden in the trees with little sunshine. The road past the cottage is busy although very quiet at night. We were out most of the time so that did not matter.
