The large upstairs deck is an ideal spot to take in panoramic coastal views—perfect for morning coffees, sunset cocktails, or simply unwinding with the sound of the waves in the distance. Inside, the home is fully equipped for modern living, with a well-appointed kitchen that includes a dishwasher for your convenience. The spacious living room features a cozy gas heater, split system heating/cooling and ceiling fan for year round comfort.
Each of the four bedrooms features its own TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind and relax. The larger of the downstairs bedrooms boasts an additional sitting area that opens up directly to the alfresco area, making it an ideal retreat for those who want to enjoy a little more privacy with the added bonus of easy access to outdoor living.
Stepping outside to the alfresco area, you’ll find a pool table, BBQ, and outdoor lounge—ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying the relaxed holiday vibe. Whether you're playing a game of pool, cooking up a BBQ feast, or lounging in the outdoor seating, this space is perfect for making lasting memories.
Located within walking distance to stunning Ventnor Beach, Ventnor Vista offers the best of both worlds—peaceful seclusion and easy access to all the attractions of the coast. Whether you're looking to unwind in style or explore the local area, this beautiful home provides the perfect base for your next coastal escape.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels (doona covers provided).
