Sunny Dale is a cosy, family-friendly, four-bedroom detached house in the heart of Niton. With a classic, welcoming décor throughout, the perfect place to escape from busy life.  
Ideal base for the famous St Catherine's Down walking route, perfect for discovering an ever-changing landscape with panoramic views and a wealth of wildlife at this most southerly point on the Isle of Wight.  
As a bonus, Sunny Dale is a happily dog-friendly property with off-road parking for three cars.  
  
When you enter the house, it'll immediately feel like your new home from home. The open-plan living and dining area has underfloor heating, making it warm and welcoming. You will also find a well-equipped kitchen at your disposal, allowing you to rustle up your favourite dishes to enjoy around the dining table for eight as you toast to a memorable getaway. Take a step outside onto your privet terrace, where you can make a delicious bbq for your family and dine al fresco under the warm sunlight. If you don't want to cook, the property is located just around the corner from the locally notorious White Lion pub. After dinner, imagine enjoying a glass of something bubbly on your terrace, taking in the view of the setting sun. Head up to the first floor, where you will find three double, a twin bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom. Before choosing from one of four tastefully decorated bedrooms to catch your rest in, freshen up under the shower. It is the perfect choice for couples, friends and families who like nature and walks.
