Immerse yourself in the charm of this magnificent 58 m² maisonette, recently renovated to offer a warm and comfortable experience. Nestled in an area composed of three dwellings, it welcomes you with a neat decoration and a friendly atmosphere, perfect for a holiday or a stay in the heart of Provence.  
  
Upon your arrival, the living room invites you to relax with a spacious 4-seater sofa, a coffee table and a wall-mounted connected TV for cozy evenings. The high-quality open kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge-freezator, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery for 6 people. The reversible air conditioning, present in the living room, guarantees optimal comfort, whatever the season.  
  
The independent room is a real cocoon, with its king-size double bed (160 x 200) and a large closet for your personal belongings. The bathroom is designed to combine elegance and practicality, with a bathtub, a vanity unit, storage, a suspended toilet and a heated towel rail.  
  
Outside, enjoy a superb 45 m² terrace, equipped for your moments of relaxation or outdoor meals. It is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs, a 4-seater sofa, a gas barbecue, 2 sunbeds. An ideal space to relax and enjoy the Provencal sun in complete privacy.  
  
The cottage also has free and secure parking spaces to facilitate your travel, as well as a washing machine and a clothesline for your comfort. The garden and the outdoor driveway are under video surveillance to ensure your safety.  
  
Located in Ventabren, a charming Provencal village just 15 minutes from the city center of Aix-en-Provence, this maisonette is the ideal starting point for exploring the region. Nearby, you will find shops, an Intermarché and the Velaux market on Saturdays, as well as many opportunities for walks.
