15 km from Orléans, within a former 16th-century fortified house, this gîte is located on a working farm in a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation, hiking, sightseeing, and exploring the Loire Valley châteaux. The gîte is separate from the owners' residence: it has a private entrance and garden bordering the fields, and a terrace.

Two other gîtes are also located on the property. Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, separate WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with two single beds), separate shower room (shower, sink), separate WC.

Outside: private terrace and garden furniture.

Pets are welcome under certain conditions: pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation. A supplement of €3 per pet per night applies. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.

The price includes: Electricity, heating, cleaning, and bed linen (beds made upon arrival). Towels are available as an optional extra at €4 per person. From Orléans, take the N152 towards Vennecy, turn right at the stop sign by the town hall, then right again onto Rue de Villiers at the edge of town and continue straight to the end (800 m). From the N60, exit at Chécy, direction Neuville aux Bois-Vennecy (5 km). After the railway line, take the first left.
