The space
This fantastic property, completely renovated, is located on the island of Lido very close to the waterbus stop "Santa Maria Elisabetta" to Venice.

Reaching Venice takes no more than 12 - 15 minutes by vaporetto and the beaches are 5 minutes by bike (there is a bike rental very close to Villa Une...) or 10 minutes on foot so that Villa Une becomes the ideal place for those who wish to combine beach holidays with cultural life.

The flat is on two levels, on the first floor you will find a large distributive entrance, a very well equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery enough for a large family.

A living - dining room with a large table that can seat 8 - 10 people and a TV area with sofa and chairs.

A master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of a lower queen size bed and an upper adult bed, a double bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged as a double.

Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.

On the ground floor there is a nice second living room, a double bedroom with a double bed, a single bedroom and, if needed, a comfortable double sofa bed.

There is a large bathroom with shower and bath and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

But the plus of Villa Une is the furnished garden which will allow you to organise your aperitifs and family dinners outdoors and to enjoy the sun and your children playing while waiting to go to the beach.

Another plus of Villa Une is the possibility to reach it by water taxi as it is equipped with a dock and, why not, to rent a boat and use it to go around enjoying the lagoon and the centre of Venice from a unique perspective.

Please note that Villa Une can also be reached by car, using the ferries from Tronchetto Island and unloading your luggage right in front of the door.
