The apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture, modern-style paintings and wallpapers, and large bright windows overlooking the canal. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, washing machine, and dishwasher; two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Finally, a bathroom with a shower and window completes the layout. The building does not have an elevator. Our guests will have additional amenities such as air conditioning, a hair dryer, a toaster, and free WIFI. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. \*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with local people. Also, when we were able to connect with managers, they were nice and responsive. On the bad side, there is no lounge/living area, the kitchen/dining area is much smaller than appears from the photos, the air conditioning and stove top were not working, and management was hard to connect with. The host was always quick to help and reply. The space is quite dated and could really use some TLC. The mattresses are clean, but very thin and not awesome for people who get sore backs. Everything smelled clean and the bathroom was pretty clean, though there was some hair and toothpaste stains in the sink. My biggest complaint is how dirty things were in the cracks and crevices. I pulled the dresser out because I dropped something and it was sooooo dusty and there was old food packaging. The radiators were all dusty and the walls need paint and the baseboards are dirty. Also the wallpaper is pealing off the walls in the bedroom and kitchen. ##### Terryn M.
