Beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of a building with elevator. This lovely accommodation, consists of a living room furnished with sofa, dining table and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and kettle. This is followed by a charming bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed. Finally,a functional bathroom with shower and bidet completes the layout. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums. My only drawback was there was a very annoying rattle coming from the AC unit fan. I believe this was a simple fix but their response when notified was "they cant do anything about it". Close to everything we wanted to do either by walking or hopping on the vaporetto. We felt safe here and the neighborhood was super quiet at night. A/C unit was a little loud in the living room, but bedroom was quiet with super comfy king bed. Would not try to sleep more than 2 people but this little place really grew on us during our stay. Easy check in at our convenience during the day too. Glad we didn’t have any problems at night since it seemed like no one would be available to help, but everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. ##### Sandra C.
