Modern apartment on the first floor of an ancient Venetian palace. The apartment has a large terrace from which you can admire the canal and the city. The living area includes a welcoming living room with a sofa and a dining table. The kitchen, complete with everything you need for cooking, includes a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Suite 1241 has two finely furnished bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed, the second with a single bed and a queen-size bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation also includes a single sofa bed. Our guests will have additional comforts such as free Wifi, air conditioning and heating, and a TV. Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, payment of a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
