The best thing about this property was the front desk team. Andrea was excellent in answering our questions and addressing concerns about our visit to Venice and the surrounding area. Also super helpful in helping us have the best experience possible. Omar was great as well. They did a lot to help us find interesting places to eat, visit, and enjoy!

Close to train station and supermarket. Just 10 minutes to the venice st. lucia station. Friendly and helpful staff, very accomodating. Has got a simple fitness room which only allows 1 person at a time during COVID

This is the best place to stay. Amazing staff, very helpful, gave lots of inputs to our stay, room was amazing, very clean and no issues. My best here, staff, clean room, very near to public transport.

Pros: close to the train station, friendly staff with good English, clean room, excellent breakfast buffet for 9 euros, gym. Cons: area around the hotel is sketchy with lots of homeless, there are no good restaurants around, have to reserve laundry (we reserved but still could not use the dryer right after washing and had to wait).

Great location, service and communication. The room is basic but new. Cons: (1) bathroom has a strong weird smell possibly from the disinfectant spray; (2) the fridge has noise; (3) hand soap, shower/hair gel are all hand soap - you can open the cover to find out yourself.....
