The apartment is on the ground floor of a building without an elevator. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. In the same room, there is a dining table and a sofa. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen-sized bed and the second with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout. Our guests will have additional amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \*The property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding which might cause some noise. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, payment of a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
