The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a private bath with shower; the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed (with TV); and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds to accommodate the whole family. Second full bath for bedrooms 2 and 3 has a tub and shower combination. The dining area features a table that seats 6 comfortably with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen comes completely stocked with all your culinary needs including appliances, spices, complete cookware and glassware. The house has wireless internet throughout with a 65” TV in the living room, a 45” TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 40" TV in the lanai.. The spacious lanai has a fire pit, 2 fans, a gas grill for your family dinners and a table with 4 chairs. All of the flooring in the house (except the master bathroom) has new luxury vinyl flooring installed in June of 2022\. There are bikes for two adults, three children (one with training wheels) a scooter and a tricycle. There is a cornhole game that can be used in the yard or taken to the beach. There are four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two umbrellas, two coolers, a beach caddy, beach towels, two shark's teeth shovels and kid's toys. Spend your day lounging in the lanai and enjoying the private pool ($85 per week additional fee for pool heater). and a fee of $100 per person for additional guests above 3\. Then upon arrival the ext was not well maintained as in pics, but worse thing was walking in to a "non smoking" property to the strong smell of old and attempted masking of cigarette smells, the home smelled horrible. There were cob webs all thru out many rooms ceilings, hair in bathtub, which did not feel clean. When bringing issues up to host we were met with hostile "i will just cancel you trip and refund you". Nothing like starting off a vacation driving to a hotel to find accommodations for the remainder 6 days. We ended up spending nearly 600 more than had planned in order to find last minute stay and pay hotel fees. This is unacceptable. ##### craig h. The inside of the home is very nice and updated. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is shallow at one end and about 6ft deep at the other which was great as my kids love swimming down to pick up rings. We really loved the privacy of the backyard overlooking the pond and spent mornings watching the birds. We also saw the alligator a few times swimming around. The provided beach gear was really awesome to have and we were very thankful for the cart. The house is beautiful and clean. The lanai and pool were fantastic and where we spent most of our time. During the beginning of our stay, we dealt with tropical storm Debby, so the beaches were out for us this year, and we spent hours each day in the pool. Patricia is very easy to deal with and we would book here again!! ##### Traci G. House clean and nice decor. I loved that Patricia had all you could possibly need during the stay! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, coolers, and many more amenities— easy access to many beaches. Short drive to Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Manasota Key, Boca Beach! Venice Beach was 15 mins away! Great restaurants at Venice Beach! Wonderful location and we definitely be back!! ##### Tom P. We enjoyed watching the wildlife pond closely located behind the property. Patricia communicated well with us prior to our stay and during the check-in process. ##### Beth B. The owner was great and accommodating as we wanted to stay outside of her normal booking schedule. She worked with us and made that happen! The house is bright, very clean and quiet. Our favorite part was the back area with the pool and you can look out on the water behind the house and see lots of fish, birds and sometimes a gator would visit :) No worries, he’s behind the chain link fence :) my son very much enjoyed seeing him and all the wildlife. The garage is full of bikes and pool/fun beach stuff. Would definitely recommend and we would visit again! ##### Nalani M. Neighborhood is very very quiet so it was lovely for relaxing. House has all the amenities you might need for your stay. Pool area is enclosed, beautiful and it overlooks a very large natural pond area. We saw all sorts of cool water birds, turtles and big fish jumping while relaxing in the pool. Nice seating and eating area under cover on the patio for getting out of the sun. Patricia the owner is very helpful and responds quickly if you have any questions. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. A beautiful pool and the house is set in a very quiet neighbourhood but still close to the beaches. Sorry we didn’t see the resident alligator in the pond. Patricia was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Would recommend and return again. ##### Neil B.
