However, we had a lot of contact with the host Michele, who worked to find us another comparable apartment. He was very available and incredibly helpful. Jul 15, 2013 #### Home from home The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with some outside space with a table and chairs for relaxing. It is well equipped and incredibly well situated as it is near so many lovely restaurants, a beautiful canal with its own gondola station and is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is 5 minutes from the bus station which means it is very accessible. The air conditioning was a necessity. The owners are helpful and keen that their clients enjoy their stay and they provided good information on sights, events, shops and restaurants. It sleeps 6 in spacious comfortable bedrooms and has two shower rooms which is very handy. It felt very private and was very quiet with no unwelcome noise from neighbours. It is also very secure. We loved staying there and had a very relaxed, happy holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment. ##### Elspeth D. Appartement agréable, bien situé et refait à neuf. Salles de bain très propres. La literie est de bonne qualité. La clim est silencieuse et efficace. A noter, WIFI dans l''appartement. Nous étions déjà venus à Venise mais ce quartier est vraiment très bien pour les visites, le ravitaillement et ce coté plus authentique et (un peu) moins touristique. "Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen: nur zwei Brücken von Pzl Roma bzw. Bahnhof entfernt, trotzdem absolut ruhige Lage in einer nicht touristischen Gegend. Wir waren in der Karwoche dort und haben die gut funktionierende Heizung sehr geschätzt. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
