Located in the beautiful Pelican Pointe Golf & Country Club. Enjoy amenities such as a resort style pool, parks, and wonderful walking/Biking paths. Active community with Tennis, Pickle ball, and access to the award winning Golf Course.

This is a friendly, gated community with Security and HOA support. Minutes to beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants and the Idilic Island of Venice. Truly incredible location.

2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath, fully equipped kitchen with outside grill. Three televisions with Cable and Internet included in price. Villas backyard sits on a nature preserve with plenty of birds and wildlife.
