Great place to stay in Venice. Staff was friendly. Room was nice (a little cold but weather was colder than usual). Great location, walkable to main sites. Hotel is modern and also great breakfast!

I loved that the location was in front of the water. It had a remarkable view and the staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was fantastic and we received our bottle of sparkling wine. The breakfast was delicious and it's not too far of a walk, about 15 mins, to the bus station. Bathroom was nice and clean and there was a convenient store within a 2 min walk which was a great way to save some $ on drinks

In addition to this hotel ticking all the boxes, the staff were outstanding and went the extra mile to make us feel honoured guests. On arrival, they remembered to wish my granddaughter a happy birthday, and they had filled our room with balloons and a birthday card for her! They were one reason my granddaughter’s first visit to Venice will be remembered for her lifetime, and for that I will always be grateful.

Staff did a great job helping with setting up transfers and restaurant recommendations. Rooms were very nice. We probably had one of the worst rooms (over the open air lobby) which put us next to our kids room and it was still pretty quiet during the evening and morning hours. A little bit of a walk to the major attractions of Venice but we knew that and made use of easy access to Grand Canal.

Our stay at the Palazzo Veneziano was truly enjoyable, and without a doubt, we’d love to stay again. The location is perfect for us—just far enough away from the bustling crowds and attractions to enjoy some peace, yet it’s an easy walk to immerse ourselves back into the vibrancy of the city, with some amazing dining options nearby. The rooms struck a perfect balance of being really nice and modern, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We were also fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony and view, which was absolutely beautiful and added a special touch to our stay. The breakfast was simple but precisely to our liking, starting our days on just the right note. The only downside is it is a bit of a trek from train, but we took a water taxi and it was easy. For anyone seeking a blend of tranquility, convenience, and modern comfort in their Venice stay, Palazzo Veneziano is an excellent choice.

The location is perfect. Staff is friendly enough. Fine breakfast. When I arrived they promised me a bottle of Prosecco which never was delivered. Don't promise anything you are not going to deliver. Overall: very nice experience. Rooms small but comfortable.

The hotel is right on the waterfront making it extremely easy to get around both by foot and vaporetto. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding us to great local walkable restaurants and also helping arrange transportation to chioggia for our cruise ship. We had a lovely suite overlooking one of the smaller canals and had a lovely bottle of sparkling wine on arrival

Loved the place. They were so communicative and helpful from pre arrival to check out. My wife and I received the free upgrade with the room decorated upon our arrival. A lot of the places in Venice are older , cramped up properties. Palazzo Veneziano was the complete opposite. Very newly furnished or built, VIP amenities and look. My wife and I loved to sit in our canal view room to have a quiet meal and drink as it was enjoyable and peaceful. Very convenient location to the public water taxi. Probably a minute walk . I recommend this to anybody coming to Venice and make your stay in this city even more beautiful!

We've just got back from a 3 night stay. We couldn't have asked for better. We'd arrived too early for our room to be ready (no fault of the hotel) and so we checked in, ready for when it was, left our luggage and went off to explore. On our return, our luggage had already been taken up for us. The hotel decor and ambience reminded us very much of the Rosewood, High Holborn, London (5*, high end hotel) but perhaps a lot friendlier and helpful! Bed was super comfy and it was no bother getting extra pillows and quilt when asked for - they arrived lovely and warm. Breakfast was superb, a great selection although being British, we're not used to seeing Brussel Sprouts but hey ho, when in Italy...... Location is great but if you don't fancy walking all the way around to St Marks, you can get a shared gondola / bus type service, about a 10 min walk away alongside St Maria's for 2 euros each - well worth it (and you get to cross the Grand Canal, all be it for 3-4 mins). Great pizzas / pasta from the restaurant next door - (note, 3 euros charge each to sit outside, 2 euros charge each to sit inside). I don't know if this is normal, but happy to pay - just didn't leave a tip! A great supermarket a 100m away - selling everything, and I mean everything. I lost my reading glasses on the second day but was able to buy a pack of 2 'off the shelf' specs for 12.90 euros. All in all, we'd happily return.

Staff was excellent and very helpful from the beginning to the end. They all had a great service attitude and were really welcoming and educated. Everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed my stay at this property! Rooms are clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel based on others reviews (a lot of other hotels have more bad reviews in Venice) and it definitely didn’t disappoint me. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, who are visiting the Venice first time and need a good and helpful hotel. You can also bring or leave your luggage before and after the check in/out, which gives you more time to explore this beautiful city! I felt really safe with leaving my luggage with this hotel. Only thing I could possibly think that this hotel is missing.. is a more vegan friendly options with a labeling/ sign for the breakfast. They do have soy and almond milk, fruits, salad, cereals and juices, which is a good selection compared to other hotels in Venice! (I know my standards are high for this one as a Nordic person.) Over all I couldn’t be more happy with this experience! :)

Overall a nice hotel and breakfast
The breakfast was extensive, and the coffee was good. The lobby was comfortable, and the staff were all nice. The hotel room was well appointed and clean, and we had a nice view of the courtyard. The beds were uncomfortable and we each only got one pillow. The room was overly warm, and we could only lower it to 18.5c, which was still too hot at night.

Hotel is on the water and bell service will meet you to transport luggage inside. We arrived by train and used the boat service. Hotel helped coordinate this for us prior to arrival. They also helped reserve transport to airport after our stay. They helped with luggage transport to car as well. Hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance of all main locations. Staff is excellent and very helpful with recommendations. Room is great and they have slippers waiting for you. Would highly recommend and stay here again.
