Apartment in a nice and quite neighborhood.  
You can park your car for free and reach the city center of Venice by a single bus in 20 min. This is a recently restructured flat.  
The apartment is 70 m² on the ground floor and is in front of a lovely garden.  
The apartment consists of 4 rooms:  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave oven and dishwasher, table (6 seats), comfortable sofa and a 38-inch TV;  
\- Bathroom with shower;  
\- 2 Bedrooms with double bed (king size) and wardrobe.  
  
The apartment provides guests with several services, as well as WiFi, washing machine, 38-inch TV, air conditioning, microwave oven, iron, dishwasher, towels and bed linen.   
  
It is possible to park your car in front of the house in a safe private street.
