Beautiful property with high quality Venetian decor. Quiet, superb location away from hustle and bustle of tourist areas though with very easy access to major visitor sites. Excellent quick access to the airport boat and easy access to the other boat routes. Excellent customer service.

It's central, yet set back off the main street and so wonderfully peaceful. Staff are wonderful. Reception, breakfast staff worked well. Complementary coffee and treats in the PM were a lovely bonus. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us. The hotel is in a quiet area and it’s a quaint place. It’s clean and cozy. We definitely would stay there again. Grazie mille!

This property is in a great location - walkable to everything in Venice. The best feature is that it's quiet and peaceful and just off the beaten path but a three minute walk to everything - it's more on the local side of Venice - which I prefer. It is right near the water bus stop as well. Or you can take a gondola across the grand canal to the market side. Nothing was more than a 15 minute walk. The front desk recommended great local restaurants and helped with reservations (recommended) and the food was amazing. Best to stay away from St. Mark's square which is more pricy and the food was bland. Cute shopping nearby vs the trendy touristy area. I would definitely stay here again.
