Great pool area and the location of the home in the neighborhood gives it privacy. Suggestions for host.Check in process with the Wellen CC is cumbersome. Our rental period started on March 1, a Saturday. The person who checks in the rentals does not work on Saturday or Sunday. You need to make an appointment with her from 11-1Pm or walk in hours 1-3 Mon - Fri It took us until Wednesday to get our gate pass and id passes that give you access to the fitness center. The WCC is aware of this issue with start dates on the weekends and spells out the process in its weekly Friday newsletter. This should be shared with renters prior to arrival., it includes the email address of the person whom you get your passes from.Host should create a folder regarding the use of the Tv's and wireless pool controller. It is not intuitive.Beware that you are dealing with a rental agency, not the host. Agency was very responsive but several issues could have been resolved quickly if I was dealing with the owner directly.
