Bright and refined two-room apartment located on the second floor of a Venetian palace. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious living area that includes a cozy living room with a sofa and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, and TV, providing a comfortable and restful environment. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. Mar 18, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### semaine à Venise le quartier du Castello est très plaisant pour y séjourner, au milieu des vénitiens. très bien pourvu en commerces ( boulangerie, poissonnerie, boucherie, supérettes, primeur ... ouverts tous les jours même le dimanche) avec des espaces verts, et bien desservis par les Vaporetto.le logement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée ( beaucoup de poussière, surtout dans la chambre, des draps sales dans le lave linge ... ) dommage ! ##### Rudy B.
