Dec 1, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Nice size apartment and right next to the train station, which was a plus for us since we were taking the train to Florence early in the morning on our checkout day. Spacious rooms with comfortable king size beds. Bathrooms were ok. The Shower is a bit tight, but we had no issues using them. If you are a heavier obese person then the showers might be an issue. I’m 235lbs and 5’9” and the shower was useable but a bit tight. Decent sized kitchen and the building was safe and quiet. A big plus is that it has 2 bathrooms…a must for a family. Really close to both the trains and the water taxi. The space was plenty big and the two bathrooms were a plus, hands down. Jun 3, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location #### Great location but issues with bed and upstairs neighbors The location of this apartment is great but I ended up not being able to sleep for the two nights we were there. First issue was one of the double beds had slats missing from both sides which meant the mattress was sinking in the middle absolutely hurting our back. I did inform the host but since this was noticed late at night (when we got in bed) the host only saw my message in the morning which was too late and they offered to fix it the following day.2nd night was ruined by our upstairs neighbours. There was what sounded like a party going on upstairs with loud music, moving furniture and many ppl walking/jumping. I approached them and kindly asked them to keep the noise low but this made no difference. This noise went on until 3-4am meaning none of my party of 4 adults and 2 children could sleep. Again I sent videos to the host but once again there is nothing they could do about it. I find it a real shame that you pay 500 per night and when issues arise there is nobody to attend to you until the following day!
