This place is beautiful right in front of the canal and close to the water station if you are coming from the airport. The staff is great (especially the girl in the afternoons at the check-in desk. If you read this, you are amazing!) The hotel offers breakfast which is of great selection. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Venice. Also, there are a couple restaurant/bars right next door. Do yourself a favor and get a wine bottle and seat outside next to the canal. I did :)

It was great having the water bus right outside the hotel. The hotel don’t turn on the AC at this time of year, but they’re provided fans when we requested for it.

Looking overall it is a good place to stay. Interior of the building with Venice typical decoration. Good breakfast variety self service. Next to the main river. Price expensive but similar everywhere on the area.

The rooms were newly built and looked very glamourous, Air con was great and really needed, the Garden area was unkept and mosquito ridden, nowhere to sit and relax, no bar/mini bar or tea and coffee in the room or in the hotel other than breakfast at which I felt like a inconvenience to the staff. However the reception staff were helpful and looked after our bags for us after check out.
