We really enjoyed the perfect area near by all the landmarks. The Hotel was so pretty with fancy old atmosphere yet a newly renovated bathroom which was so clean and pleasant. The stuffs are friendly and helpful! Thanks for the nice stay.

Great breakfasts, especially as my Wife is GF, lots of choice and the breakfast staff were lovely, very helpful. Good central location a few minutes away from St Marks and Rialto! Furnishings a bit tired and could do with a spruce up, but in general a very nice stay.

A nice hotel , but overall I do no think Venice is the greatest of destinations for solo travelers but beyond that the hotel was situated perfectly for me and the cities museums plus the sights are must see.

There is nothing we could fault about this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean and every member of staff was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent too with a very good selection. We would definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Great location, really nice staff. Bathroom and shower were great, we had canal windows so was great views. Although word of warning, canal views are great however can be quite loud in the morning or at night, we overlooked the service dock or where they got deliveries so was quite loud. However didnt really bother us that much, just useful to know. Old style hotel like a lot of venice, so decor is very old fashioned, which is fine. We booked a twin suite, was nice enough however the single beds were terrible, mattress and pillows were very hard, the bedding was not nice either. So didn't sleep very well. Overall would recommend this hotel for the staff, and location. However they could do with upgrading their bedding and beds.
