Very good location within walking distance of railway station and bus station which makes it convenient for transfer to airport. Hotel is clean, staff is nice and responsive, and breakfast is good for price.

An inexpensive option
This was a good, cheap option for a one-night stop in Venice. The room and the bed were large. It was convenient, but a bit odd, to have a shower stall right next to my bed! The staff was nice. The breakfast was rather minimal.

Great location clean pleasant
Great room great location good staff. Only issue was a bit noisy due to party going on somewhere fairly close. Apart from that really good. Venice as a whole very intriguing city but needs a little more visitor friendly street directions. Extremely easy to get lost and considering it is tourist town some better street signs would be more helpful.

Wonderful time!
Our room was very clean and comfortable! The owner Francisco was very kind, friendly, helpful and informative. At the reception, Alviso helped us with some information too and at breakfast room, Valeria helped us kindly with the breakfast. The location is very near to the bus, vaporetto and railway station. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely recommend to our friends.
