THE staf was very accommodating and helpful. There is no elevator but the worker helped us with our bags. The room was very clean and centrally located to public transportation.

Great location, within 5 minutes walk to train station. Clean, welcoming nice staff, breakfast was included, reasonable size room. Really appreciated the early check in as the room was available. There is no lift so if your room are in level 1 or 2, prepare for carrying your luggage 1 or two flights of stairs each around 17 steps. The front desk is manned till 2 pm. There are lots of noise’s from outside traveling to the rooms at night, from people outside till late hours say 12-1 (am). However you may just need to use ear plugs. Easy distance to Vaporreto. Good 30 minutes walk to st Marco.

Very nice
The hotel was very nice and very convenient since it is only five minutes away walking from the main train station. The only problem there is no elevator and it can be difficult yo go the the rooms considering you have your baggage. However very nice stay and would go back again!

Great stay for one night, easy to check in great location to stay with a 3 year old. No lift so a bit of walking up to the room but good sized rooms with AC. Very nice service.

Great base to see Venice
Excellent place to use as a base to explore Venice. Extremely clean/comfortable accommodation, great breakfast- cereals,cold meats, eggs, fresh fruit/yoghurt, croissants, toast,jam/spreads. Located near all transport links ,with Restaurants,shops,supermarket all close by.

Location was fantastic. Minutes from the train station which is a great point to start from or always find your way back to. The rooms are "normal" in size for Italian standards, not American standard BUT you shouldn't expect more. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately we did not have A/C as it broke down before we got there and had we known we would have gone else where as summer time in Venice is sticky humid hot. We were provided a fan at least.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a few minutes walk from the Santa Lucia train station on a quiet street but close to everything. The staff was very helpful with directions and Ferrovia station for the water bus (Vaperotto) is close by. It is a half an hour walk to San Marco plaza (if you don’t get lost in the maize of Venice’s streets)!

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were made up each day with fresh towels if required. Location great for travel, shops, restaurants etc. Rooms were clean (carpet in 2nd floor triple room was wrinkled and curtains would have made it slightly more presentable, 1st floor triple room was nicer). Bathrooms were clean but presence of black mold between tiles and on the sealant showed they need a deeper clean. There were showers but they are strangely placed over the side of the bath and you need to be a bit of a contortionist to stay behind the screen. Floor was very wet after using the shower. Beds were comfortable but double was actually two separately made up single beds pushed together. Rooms at the back of the hotel were quiet. Staff were friendly. I'd recommend this reasonably priced, well located B&B.

Good but no lift
The hotel was good except that there is no lift and we have to carry our 20 over kg luggage up 2 level of staircase ourselves.

The rooms are not modern, a bit old fashioned and doesn't look clean. No bar fridge. Shower was terrible. All we could get out of it was a drip. Breakfast was good and had variety. The stairs to our room were problematic with heavy suitcases.

Probably chose our "Economy" with Venetian style furniture (not modern) and the smaller bathroom. We regret that you have probably chosen the one that was not your case, which generated your dissatisfaction. We loved our stay!! The hotel is so close to the train station that it was very easy to navigate your way and not have to pull a suitcase through Venice! Breakfast was great and the outside eating area was a perfect way to start the day. Staff were amazing and helped with directions, places to eat and where to stay away from due to costs. They also let us store our bags for 2 hours prior to our train departure which was awesome. Overall no complaints and we would stay there again.

Would absolutely stay here again!!
Communication was prompt, warm and welcoming. Close to the train station (so nice that we didn't have to haul our bags into Venice, just a 5 min walk to the hotel. Even though it is in the epicenter of everything you would want or need, the hotel is nestled down a quaint alley so it's very quiet and clean. The hospitality was fabulous, check in instructions after 4pm were easy to understand, even kind of sweet. :) The complimentary breakfast was such a nice bonus, soft/hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, pastries, sliced meats and cheese, rolls, toast and accompaniments, espresso machine, fresh fruit, juice..etc. On our last day, my son's were too tired to get out of bed, and the owner offered a tray for me to take breakfast up to them so they didn't miss out, so kind! The room was very clean and spacious even with 3 twin beds, 2 nightstands, a closet and large open shelving. Would absolutely come back if I am ever for fortunate to visit Venice again. Thank you for a wonderful end to our tour of Italy! Ciao!

Nice place in a cesspool of a city
Venice is the most overrated city in the world. Local businesses are not friendly, the city is a maze and difficult to navigate, the gondola ride is a rip-off, and the boat taxi's are a pain to figure out. Most of the art is on the building walls in the form of graffiti. The hotel is pretty nice though. Clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. The best part is it's right next to the train station and reasonably priced.

Cute hotel
Loved the cute hotel. Checked in early staff stored bags, then put them in the room. No elevator, Fridge didn't work. I would stay again. All newer clean carpets.

Good location! Good staff!
The hotel is very close to St. Lucia train station and Boat ferry station. The staff is accommodating. We checked in late at night easily and stored our luggage too after checking out. Breakfast is good.

This was a terrible experience for the price. The facilities is more of a B&B than a hotel and does not much at all. The shower measures approximately 30” x 30” and is so small it’s difficult to move inside of it, and I am not a large person. To sum it up, for what I paid this was not a good value

The lady that checked me in was friendly and helpful. She even carried my 18kg bag up 2 flights of steps for me, she insisted. The hotel is close to the train station, which is what I wanted. The only thing I could say as a slight negative was that my room only had sheer curtains so it was quite light in there and I didn’t bring a sleeping mask. This was only a minor thing. I’d stay here again.

Awesome and convenient!
The room and breakfast nooks were great! They offered and went out of their way to get us a breakfast to go when they found out we were leaving before breakfast is served. I’d stay there again!!!

Very good hotel with reasonable price
The location is very near Venezia Santa Lucia station. It's 5 minutes walk from station. It's very convenience to sight seeing in Venezia. Room is quite large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is variety and delicious. Reception is very kind and helpful. Recommend for everyone who visit Venezia.
