Bright 61 sqm apartment located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access), able to comfortably accommodate 4 people.  
  
The accommodation is located in a strategic position, in an area full of services, a few minutes walk from the Mestre station and the city center, the bus stop is under the house and perfectly connects Venice center and Venice airport.  
  
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.

The internal space is organized as follows:

Mestre is the strategic position, perfect for visiting the beauties not only of the Lagoon, but of the entire Veneto region: Padua, Verona, Jesolo. Mestre is no less than its more illustrious neighbor and boasts countless corners of value, such as the central square and the S. Giuliano Park.  
  
Also not to be missed is the Palazzo Podestabile, today the building is home to some municipal offices, the deputy mayor and the public hall of Mestre. Art lovers can also visit the exhibitions of the Candiani Cultural Center, the Toniolo Theater and the art galleries of the city.  
  
Connoisseurs of good wine, in particular, will not be disappointed by the Stradon del Vin Friularo south of Padua or the Strade dei vini del Piave.

\- From Venice Marco Polo airport you can reach the apartment by taxi (15 minutes) or by bus N15 to the Mestre Stazione FS stop, just 9 minutes from the apartment.  
  
\- From Venice Santa Lucia station you can take bus N15 to the Mestre Stazione FS stop, just 9 minutes from the apartment.  
  
\- If you travel by car you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or for a fee at the paid parking AVM S.p.A., in Piazzale Leonardo da Vinci, just 9 minutes walk from the property.
