Enjoy island time in this quiet, updated condo just a couple of blocks from the Gulf of Mexico, Venice Pier and all the amenities Venice Island has to offer. Shop in historic downtown Venice, dine while overlooking breathtaking sunsets and head out to the jetty to do a little shark tooth hunting. The unit has fresh paint, beautiful wood flooring complimented by coastal furnishings, smart televisions and new, comfy mattresses in each bedroom! On-site laundry and management with a community pool and Caspersen Beach is just a hop, skip and jump away! Close to golf, local airport and grocery shopping!
