Money was charged before arrival which was not fair right before departure. Balcony was not very clean. Spa and breakfast were so so but the overall hotel was very expensive. Extra fees for spa was not reasonable.

These are appartments and not hotel rooms. Ground floor reception, restaurant and SPA are well maintai ed but the rooms could be better. Felt a bit noisy waterflush sounds from room next doors and ac was a bit noisey. Staff were very helpful, SPA was also excellent. Breakfast was also good spread. Even after paying for breakfast omlette, crepes were additional but thts ok. Overall it was an okay experience.

The transportation was very convenient, with a bus stop located right in front of the property. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was definitely the highlight — there was a wide variety of options available, including plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

We had a fantastic stay! Really quite convenient - relatively easy and frequent access to Venice (Island). The staff were remarkable! Incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming! We’d highly recommend the breakfast that’s included! Admittedly, we were a little underwhelmed by the rooms, though we were out all day, so it didn’t really matter!

Lovely hotel, reception was very helpful with any questions we had. Good choice at breakfast, the rooms are modern and cleaned to a great standard daily. The location was a 10 minute walk to the bus/ tram station to get into Venice I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay

We only stayed for one night before flying out of Venice. The property met all of our needs. However, the thermostat was not working. I later found out that the AC was controlled by the front desk which was not something I have come across before. But they did turn it on after I asked them which was nice. There was also an issue with our washroom. The fan only turned on once the light was turned off, but would not turn on when the lights were turned on. The front desk said it was a maintenance issue and would need to be fixed. The room itself was nice. I will say, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a lot of variety. It was very convenient especially since we had to catch a flight the next morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
