Its position is strategic to visit both Venice and its beautiful surroundings: it is only 5 km far from Marco Polo Airport and you can reach Venice in only 20 minutes by bus. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, including free parking outside the property (also for bicycles inside the property!), garden, ultra-fast wi-fi and air conditioning/heating. This 55mq apartment, part of a main building, is characterized by high quality finishes. It is located on the ground floor of an adjoining but independent living unit, beside of which the host lives. It is surrounded by a nice garden which offers privacy and intimacy. The access is easy and the entrance is provided with a security door. The doussié wooden-floored apartment consists of a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (king size bed of 180cmx200cm or, at the guests' choice, two single beds) and n.1 temporary bed at guests disposal (cradle or sofa bed). The bedroom offers a spacious wardrobe and a functional desk to practice smart-working thanks to the internet with fibre optic connection (FTTH - Fiber To The Home). The fully-equipped kitchen, located in a separate room, includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and all necessary tools to enjoy a good breakfast or an easy meal. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and all the essentials. The large, cosy living room overlooks the garden behind the house, whose terrace turns into a perfect place for breakfast or a moment of relaxation during the summer months. For guest use only, it can be accessed through a French door. The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Towels, bed linen and a complete house manual are provided. There is also the possibility of using a washing machine. In front of the house, which is located in a safe blind street, guests can use a free parking space. The owners live in the adjacent living unit and are available for any requests or information. The apartment is located in the centre of Favaro Veneto, just a few minutes' walk from the bus and tram stops to Venice, Marco Polo Airport and Mestre Railway Station. Public transport is available from early morning to late evening. Within a few minutes' walk it is possible to reach supermarkets, grocery shops and restaurants, the health district and the green spaces of this residential but strategically-located neighbourhood. Furthermore, in a short car trip (and also by public transport) it is possible to reach famous places of interest such as Padua, Treviso, the Prosecco Hills, Verona, the Dolomites and much more: just ask the owners for advice! Simonetta nous a très gentiment accueillis, et nous avons pu garer notre voiture facilement. L'accès à Venise est simple et relativement rapide (30 mn par le tram, et l'arrêt est à 2 mn de la maison !). On peut acheter très facilement les titres de transport à l'arrêt du tram, lui-même climatisé et propre. Il y a aussi une bonne pâtisserie juste à côté. Cozy and comfortable with lots of space. Walking distance to the bus/tram service, which you'll need to get to Venice. I'll stay again if I ever go to Venice. ##### Lori K. She met us upon arrival, showed us everything we needed to know, gave us tips on public transportation and restaurants, and made us feel so welcome! The bus and tram to Venice is less than a 5 minute walk. After leaving, we realized we left our passports. We hurriedly called Simonetta and she VERY GRACIOUSLY offered to bring them to us at the bus terminal in Venice. She did not have to do that! She truly is the kindest lady! Her place is the perfect balance between old world charm and modern convinces. If we’re ever in Venice again, we will stay at Simonetta’s ##### Roy B. The bedroom was spacious and the space was wonderful. One suggestion fir the host is to turn the AC on for guests. It was 87.8 degree F at 1045p. The tram and bus are literally around the corner and it's only 1,50 Euro for a 20 minute ride into Venice. There's also grocery stores, cafe, and restaurants within an easy 5 min walk. Simonetta was very attentive in communicating with me, giving me directions and important details for getting to the apartment, and checking us in. I just wish we could have stayed longer! We appreciated there being a lavatrice for us to use and coffee for us to make to help us wake up before going out :) We loved the street and neighborhood, too and that is was so close to public transportation. Beautiful apt in a lovely, quaint village w restaurants, gelotteria, pharmacy, grocery store and Pizzerias...just a cab ride from Marco Polo! with lots of light (large windows, which all open and close!) and ample space, including nice wardrobes and a huge bathroom w a great shower head, water pressure, and stall! In addition, the tram is located just a short walk w direct service to Venezia for a mere $1.50 one way! This is a Gem, if ever in Venice... Thank you so much! to our gracious hosts! ##### Cynthia H. The communication with the host was amazing and provided great detail to arrive at her place. It’s super easy to get to Venice centre to this place with a very cheap bus ride. I was travelling across Italy with my wife for a week and this is far the best place we booked. This place is very secure and safe. The neighborhood is very safe and good to live in. I must say the host did a great job keeping the place clean and furnished. I loved the openness of the apartment. So much room it felt better than a hotel room. She also had a welcome booket to navigate Venice with important information. Can’t say anything bad about her place. If you’re planning on staying in Venice this is a must book. Also I must mention it’s very good pricing as Venice can get very expensive. ##### Iky G. The location is perfect: in a small quiet street, supermarket nearby, and a bus stop to Venice (with a ticket machine) just around the corner. Der Bus ist in weniger als 4 min zu erreichen und fährt nur ca. 20 min bis nach Venedig. Die Ausstattung der der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alles ist vorhanden Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. There was enough space for the 5 of us. The mattress were comfortable. It is located in a quiet street. The center of Venice is only 20 minutes away by bus.
