Enjoy your morning coffee while the gondolas glide past so close they are practically in the living room. Design lovers will appreciate the carefully curated contemporary style interior design blended with some old-school charm, such as antique wooden beams, terrazzo Veneziano flooring and stone old stone portals. Strategically located in an extremely peaceful spot on the Eastern side of the Cannaregio District, it takes few minutes’ walk to reach the public transports and some of the most iconic landmarks, such as the marvelous Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, the famous Rialto Bridge, the stunning Cà D’Oro, and even St. Marks Square is only minutes away. The living room is equipped with a full-optional kitchen, a contemporary style table for four people, a sofa-bed and plenty of cupboards where you will find everything necessary also for a long stay. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with 2-burners stoves, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and everything else you need to cook. There is a bedroom with king size mattress, plenty of closets, Smart TV, and a nice bathroom with shower cabin. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, A/C in every room and independent heating system. The Tiziano hosts 2 people, but the sofa-bed can be arranged on request. We suggest this apartment for couples or singles, including older travellers who seek an easily accessible apartment with no steps.
