Enjoy your morning coffee while the gondolas glide past so close they are practically in the living room. Strategically located in an extremely peaceful spot on the Eastern side of the Cannaregio District, it takes few minutes’ walk to reach the public transports and some of the most iconic landmarks, such as the marvellous Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, the famous Rialto Bridge, the stunning Cà D’Oro, and even St. Mark’s Square is only minutes away. The living room is equipped with a full-optional kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, a round table for four people and plenty of cupboards where you will find everything necessary also for a long stay. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with 2-burners stoves, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and everything else you need to cook.
