Wonderful accommodations! Though close to the very busy Rialto Bridge area, it’s in a calm quiet little square, with a lovely restaurant. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds and bathroom are all very comfortable, the owner is absolutely lovely and it has a small deck (not big enough for chairs but big enough to stand on) over a canal where you can watch the boats go by.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. Our 2nd floor room had an incredible balcony overlooking one of the canals with gondolas going by. The room was very spacious and we found it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was also amazing, just minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Would highly recommend!

Excellent location for a stay in the tourist area of Venice with easy access to all the tourist locations within a few minutes walking. Outside of property looks a little rustic which was a bit concerning initially. We misunderstood the need to ring the bell and wait for somebody to provide the key and take the tourist taxi in cash, but after that it was a perfect location for a family of 4.

Maurice couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent location tucked away from the busy street and overlooking a quiet canal. The apartment was modern and well appointed. Amenities appreciated such as ample coffee, complementary wine and water upon arrival and daily housekeeping. Highly recommend.

I liked the convenience of the location to surrounding landmarks in Venice. The shower pressure was bad and the host came in to the apartment and closed the shutters while we were gone. I prefer natural light in my space and wanted to enjoy the canals view. I never had a host come in to the apartment’s while we were gone and not tell us.

Fantastic location and apartment. Everything we needed and more with a gorgeous little balcony overlooking the waterway. Coffee machine with pods was an added bonus! Very clean and well maintained. Great spacious apartment and bathroom. Separate room for our two young boys and felt very safe. Also has a safe.

This is an apartment, not a hotel. So no staff on property to give helpful information about how to get places, recommended restaurants, etc. The owner did communicate a bit by email before we arrived, and met us at the front door to explain keys, etc. Pros: the apartment is modern & large by European standards. It's clean and did have a small fridge &microwave, hotpot & nespresso machine. A bottle of complimentary champagne was provided. It's close to Rialto bridge but not on the Grand Canal. It's 2 blocks off a main avenue, so quieter at night except for theater-goers im the courtyard below and water taxi drivers on short breaks on the small inner canal . Cons: there is no concierge, so if you need help of any kind, you're on your own. We did get a water taxi referral, and that worked since they gave us directions to the closest dock, but 30 euros higher than what friends paid for service to Venice airport. We could've used a little more help understanding transportation and navigating Venice. The apt is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator; we had help when we arrived but not when we left, and my roommate had an injured back, so it was extremely difficult getting bags up and down by myself. The toom's doorlatch is tricky, and we figured it out but had to call for help once. Several sockets didn’t work and although coffee pods were left, the Nespresso machine didn’t work 90% of the time. Don't count on sleeping 4 since the sofabed has a horrible mattress.

Great Location!

Location of the apartment was central to everything! Maurizio was great although our check-in time kept getting delayed. Pillows could be updated but the apartment was comfortable for the 5 of us.

Hard to find, interesting place wouldn’t call it a hotel but a very nice apartment. Kitchen with table up a flight of stairs to the bedroom area. We were on the fourth floor with no elevator. It was good exercise but would not recommend for people with mobility issues. Other floors had different room layout I think
