Welcome to your serene retreat! This beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just moments from the stunning Venice Beach. The property features a privacy fence surrounding the backyard, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere, while palm trees grace the front yard, adding to the tropical charm.  
  
Start your day with a cup of coffee on the patio, enjoying the delightful sights and sounds of nature. Watch squirrels play, and admire the vibrant blue jays and cardinals as they flit around the majestic mango and magnolia trees. As the sun sets, unwind with a refreshing night swim under the stars, illuminated by the soft glow of outdoor lighting. This is truly a relaxing lifestyle near Venice Beach!  
  
The Space This inviting home includes two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, along with a single-car garage for your convenience. The enclosed outdoor pool is perfect for leisurely swims, and patio furniture is provided for your comfort.  
  
Guest Access Guests can easily enter the home through the front door, which features a keybox for hassle-free access.  
  
Other Things to Note Please note that the pool is not a hot tub; therefore, adjusting the settings on the solar panels will not heat the pool. The sun is the only source of warmth!

#### Cozy Little Cottage

We had a nice stay at this cozy little beach cottage. I wish I had time to read during my stay. There are books GALORE! It’s very close to everything. It seemed like restaurants, activities, and the beach were just minutes away!
