The living room comes fully furnished with 2 couches, one of which converts into a pull out bed.Central heat / air with have ceiling fans, also a washer / dryer, covered carport & heated community pool shared with only 9 units.The house offers a spacious open floor plan, and is a lovely vacation home that is ideal for a quiet or active family.There are only 9 units in the quite complex, a walking park across the street.
