The apartment is on the third floor of a building without elevator and is on two levels. On the first floor there is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, oven, kettle and toaster. In the same room there is a dining table and a living room with sofas and TV. Finally, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony with a unique and typical Venetian view. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout. \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums. Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds. We enjoyed our stay and slept well each night. Even though we were not right by the biggest tourist attractions, we felt that the walk to see them was pleasant and not particularly long. Although the apartment was reasonably clean, it was clear that no one had cleaned under the furniture or sofa cushions in a while. The drapes also needed to be washed. For those with mobility problems, this apartment would not be the best choice. You must climb many steps to access the apartment. Also, if you would choose to sleep in the bedroom with the balcony, then you would have to climb another flight of stairs within the apartment to get up there. The bathroom is on the first level of the apartment, however. Overall, my family and I were happy to call this apartment home for a few days. ##### JM K. We took a shot and were very happy, the location was great. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed. We had a little trouble gaining access, the locks on the doors were a little loose and were sometimes hard to open, but once we found the trick, we had no issues.
