We were moved to another place, it was very nice but found out last minute. Says has AC, they have a “season” for AC and we were there outside of this season. No way to have air moving. Tried sleeping with window open but canal rides all hours and a pigeon tried flying in. After I informed of no sleep, they brought the AC remote. AC shouldn’t be advertised if you can’t use it.

We booked a suite with an outside space, near San Marco. When we found that location (which wasn’t easy, although the spotty GPS in Venice streets was partially to blame) we were told they had moved us to a different location. That location, near Rialto Bridge, was just a normal room (not a suite) with no outside space, no inside seating area and no coffee machine. On a positive note, it was a corner room with a canal view, which was nice. The fact that we had to lug our bags halfway across town at the last minute was aggravating. The room was cute, clean and well-located, but it wasn’t what we asked for.

Perhaps a little hard to find. However do not allow that, or the exterior appearance (same as all Venetian streets), to deter you from visiting this amazing place for you and your family to rest in comfort after long walking days in Venetia. The host is AMAZING and super nice. She was very helpful. The apartment itself is classically decorated and everything works as it should. Calls for info or help were answered right away. I'd love to go back there anytime!

Great location in the heart of Venice. Large apartment (we are a family of 4). Some of the kitchen equipment is a bit limited e.g. one teaspoon. Photos on website slightly misleading I think, in that we had expected a balcony. Checkout was easy, and baggage storage great. We would recommend.

Perfect location 7 minutes from St Mark's Square
We prefer to stay self catering in Venice as restaurants are not cheap in general and a trip to Venice can prove costly. This place was located centrally and only a 7-8 minute walk from St Mark's Square and the same to the Rialto. There is a supermarket very nearby and also a couple of takeaways if you don't feel like cooking. The building is very old, like everywhere in Venice, so there are some limitations (fairly dark inside with small windows for example) but this gives it a charm of its own. The rooms are well furnished and there is a very adequate kitchenette as well as a brand new bathroom. The only drawback is that there is a flight of steps to climb to reach the apartment and this would not be suitable for anyone with any disability. Otherwise, I'd certainly recommend it.

Spacious apartment with nice kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable living area. We really enjoyed the location once we found or way there. As others have said, it can be hard to find. We were told to take the Rialto water taxi stop, but found that the San Marco stop had less steps to navigate when walking with a suitcase. Great location near St. Marks' Square. The only negative was that the steps are steep and there is no elevator.

Fantastic apartment close to St Marks
You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. I would move into this apartment if I could. There is a restaurant below the room and it was a little noisy until 10pm but it wasn’t bad at all.

Clean and spacious. Too dark for our liking. Windows face into other buildings in close proximity. Limited natural light. Did not take advantage of the included breakfast at the sister property since it was a half hour walk away.

Very Nice Stay
We ended up staying in the main hotel instead of the suite. I blame Expedia for making the booking but giving us bad information. The hosts were very apologetic and showed us how to get from the suite to the main hotel which was about a 20 minute walk. The room was very clean and well put together. We had a full bedroom and a second room with a pull out couch. It worked out really nice to be in the main hotel because we were only two doors down from the room where they served breakfast. I would recommended staying here the hosts were very helpful and hotel was very nice.

Amazing appartment 2 mins walk from San Marco. Three flat screen TVs, fully appointed kitchen, Murano glass chandelier in every room. Quality antique furniture.

Nice Location close to St. Mark's
Good location...not too far from St. Mark's Basilica. Not good for handicapped...many steps to get to the room. Not very close to public water taxis (if you are toting your luggage). Large room (we actually had 2 bedrooms), and kitchenette if you don't want to eat out for every meal. Seemed a little dated, but very good wi-fi connection.

오래됐는데 편하긴 한 곳
사진으로 봤을때 아... 엄청 올드하구나 했는데 평점이 아주 높아서 괜찮은가보다했다. 좁은 높은 계단있음. 한층 정도 올라가야함. 베네치아는 전부 골목골목인데 그 골목중에서도 좁은 골목에 있었음. 그래서 좀 음침했지만 진짜 몇분걸으면 다 관광지 다 볼수있는 곳에있다. 관광하기엔 좋은 위치. 기차역에서는 멀다. 비오는날이어서 캐리어 끄는거 미친듯이 힘들었다.......... 실내는 넓어서 좋았고 거실에 테이블있어서 좋았다. 에어컨 설명서가 여기저기 붙어있었는데 정작 에어컨 리모컨은 구경도 못했다. 방은 따로 2개 있어서 가족끼리 오면 콘도처럼 편하게 지낼 수 있을 듯. 아마 그래서 평점이 높은 것 같다. 그릇에 고추가루 묻어있음... 식기들이 좀 안깨끗했다.... 화장실은 오래돼서 그렇지 더럽지는 않았다. 대체로 모든 가구들도 낡았다 윗집이 시끄러웠다.... 일단 체크인/체크아웃은 편하고 좋았다.

Très bel appartement proche de San Marco
Après avoir débarqué du vaporetto près de la place Saint-Marc, j'ai facilement trouvé l'immeuble grâce aux informations que m'avait envoyées par mail la réception.Il s'agit plus d'un immeuble où se trouvent 4 ou 5 appartements spacieux, décorés de façon luxueuse dans le style vénitien, bien équipés. Le seul reproche que j'aurais pu faire à celui qui m'avait été attribué est l'absence totale de vue : bien que disposant de cinq fenêtres, celles-ci donnaient sur un puits de lumière. Mais bon, on ne va pas à Venise pour rester à l'intérieur, et les vues dégagées sont rares dans la vieille ville. La rue est typique, très étroite, à cinq minutes à pied de la place San Marco . Tous commerces à proximité, dont un supermarché ouvert jusqu'à 22h à moins de 100 mètres. Service hôtelier : lit fait à l'arrivée, ménage quotidien...

Hotel fantástico pertinho de S. Marcos.
Hotel muito bem situado, quase ao lado da Praça de S. Marcos. A cerca de 20 metros há um supermercado bom, que também vende comida já feita (a propósito, as sopas são muito boas). No espaço há ainda uma cozinha totalmente equipada, incluindo máquina de café, onde pudemos fazer pequenas refeições (ao jantar). O quarto estava bem aquecido e tem uma boa cama. Tem ainda 2 TV. E de resto, está tudo bem explicado no que se refere ao funcionamento da máquina de café, da máquina da roupa, etc.

appartamento ampio e confortevole
Ho soggiornato gradevolmente in questa struttura con la mia famiglia, composta di 4 persone, per 3 giorni. La dimensione ampia dei locali e i molti confort presenti (cucina attrezzata, un televisore per camera, ottima climatizzazione) ci hanno fatto sentire proprio a nostro agio. Unico elemento non positivo da rilevare è la poca luminosità dell'appartamento, ma forse questa è una caratteristica delle abitazioni del centro di Venezia (oltretutto non si viene certo qui per restare in casa). Consigliato.

Svårhittat hotell dock med briljant läge.
Våra gpser hittade inte adressen vilket gjorde det enormt svårhittat. Väl på plats möttes vi av en trevlig värd som sa att rummet ej var städat. Klockan var då runt 15 och man förväntar sig att ett rum då skall vara rent. Liliana (värden) tog tag i det och bad om ursäkt och frågade oss om vi kunde lämna sakerna, och återkomma om en timme. Sagt och gjort. Rummet var då fortfarande inte klart och Liliana tog in en medarbetare för att slutföra städningen efter den förra slarviga hyresgästen. vi stannade kvar då och jag kollade på fotbolls-EM medan frugan somnade i soffan. Lägenheten är JÄTTEfin! charmig och stor lägenhet där man lätt får plats minst 3 personer. ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett gästrum med bäddsoffa. badrummet var extremt rent städat och läget är riktigt bra och nära till Markusplatsen, restauranger samt vaporettos. Restaurangen Pommodoro är att rekommendera ett stenkast ifrån. Liliana var supertrevlig och bad om ursäkt för sena städningen. många kanaler på tvn för övrigt. wifi var segt. ger hastigheten 4/10. lägenheten var inte speciellt välisolerad heller. man hör klart och tydligt folk prata utanför. vi var dock inte så kräsna och är jättenöjda.
