We had never stayed in this area of Venice but we will from now on. We wanted to be close to the Biennale (we were) but we had no idea that this was such a great neighborhood. There were great restaurants, fewer tourists, and great walks. The apartment is pristine - everything new and clean and comfortable, with large kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is also great - good bed and huge closet. No shampoo in the shower, broken toilet seat. Please fix the stove - one burner not working. Nuestro tren se retrasó y llegamos 4 horas más tarde de lo previsto ( ya de noche) y ellos siempre estuvieron muy atentos y con rapidez de respuestas a través de WhatsApp lo us hizo todo también muy cómodo. Carlotta, la chica que nos hizo el check-in now dio excelentes recomendaciones e información súper útil, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el tiempo que nos estuvo esperando y lo tarde que se hizo, fue muy positivo que estuviese con nosotras el tiempo que hizo falta. Small kitchen suffices and great bathroom. The air conditioning was loud but the manager was also great and responsive.
