You must book the canal view room to see all the boat traffic. Still very quiet with shops and restaurants outside your door. Complimentary boat taxi to Merato. "

"The hotel is in a great location, the waterbas from the airport stops along an alley to the left of the hotel. Its about a 10 minute walk to the basillica and 15 minures to Rialto Bridge. Hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and helpful"

The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. They also helped us bring our bags up to the room. The rooms were dated, but very clean and had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable."
