Property pictures are nothing like the apartment
The pictures advertised have no reflection at all of this apartment . It is completely soleless and is more like a corridor of a office/ hostel with rooms off it . Cold stone floors and no rugs or soft furnishings anywhere . Not even a teabag left for the guests ! Never been to anywhere where no tea or coffee sachets ever been left. Stayed in Venice last year at another place Through HomeAway which was outstanding but thought would be nice to try a new area. Very disappointed ! Would advise anyone against staying here

Property Location was not even close to where it showed up on the VRBO map. Agents were rude, Map to location was terrible. Property was actually ok and real close to a number of restaurants. We just stayed one night as we were there for a cruise but it was a long distance from the cruise ship.

Comment se faire arnaquer ? Séjourner dans un appartement géré par Best Venice ! Ces gens n’ont aucune honte à réclamer une taxe de séjour pour la capacité totale de l’appartement qu’il soit pleinement occupé ou pas ! Nous étions 3 dans l’appartement de 6 : ils nous ont réclamé la taxe de séjour pour 6 personnes !!!! Et à Venise cette taxe est de 4€/nuit/personne. Pour trois nuits : 72€ de taxe !!!!! Une honte ! Une escroquerie !

Mal ubicado, sucio..
El check inn lo realiza lejos del departamento, nosotros llegamos a Venecia cuando estaba anocheciendo hicimos el check inn normal, pero para llegar al departamento solo te dan unas pocas indicaciones, Venecia es como un laberinto y siendo la primera vez que íbamos,nos perdimos, estábamos solos con maletas perdidos todo obscuro y con personas que te siguen, te ven perdido y comienzan a silbar y hacer señas, en realidad pasamos muy mal momento, sube grasas y baja grasas con maletas y con niñas......terrible, luego llegamos al departamento tienes que subir dos pisos en gradas estrechas, el departamento viejo y sucio, la vajilla toda sucia, el colchón del sofá cama con pelos oloa a húmedo, en si el sofá cama se desbarataba, la ubicación lejos de lo turístico, en fin no lo recomiendo creo que hay mejores, nosotros tratabmos de llegar pronto porque el lugar en la noche estaba totalmente solo.

Decepcionante.
Foi uma experiência péssima. Ao chegarmos ao hotel, não conseguimos entrar no apartamento devido à atraso na limpeza. Por mais de uma hora esperar a liberação para entrarmos. A Internet não funcionou e não foi tomada nenhuma providência para correção do problema. Encontramos cacos de vidro pelo apartamento todo. Minha filha cortou o dedo com um deles. Encontramos papel higiênico sujo atrás da cortina. Informamos a administração, que nos informou que uma nova limpeza seria feita. Ao chegarmos no apartamento no período da tarde não percebemos que nenhuma limpeza havia sido feita. Ao reclamar, a administração informou que sim, que uma limpeza havia sido feita. Tenho certeza que não foi pois um pedaço de vidro continuava no mesmo lugar. Foi uma decepção por completo não poder ao menos caminhar sem calçado pelo apartamento.
