Apartment 4: Located on the second floor overlooking the Calle, the accommodation consists of a separate entrance that leads to the living room there is a comfortable sofa, dining area, and open kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher; finally, a bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom with shower complete the layout. There is also a sofa bed in the apartment. The building does not have an elevator. Added amenities are a television, free wi-fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a toaster. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. \*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. The apartment is in the most prized location in Venice, just a short walk (two minutes on foot) from the renowned and prestigious Peggy Guggenheim Collection Museum, one of the most important museums in Italy for 20th-century European and American art. All around the apartment, you can find exclusive art galleries and various stores of all kinds. Five minutes from the Accademia bridge that connects the homonymous Sestriere to the San Marco bridge where you can visit the beautiful square and its Basilica as well as stroll through the calli and the renowned Calle XXII Marzo well known as the shopping street for its many high-fashion stores and prestigious jewelry stores. Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums. As a group of three friends we were thrilled to see such a large bedroom and such a large living area with a converted bed. The beds were set and made for our arrival. The apartment was in a very quiet, peaceful part of town right across the water from all the action! All sights were within a 20 min walk and the boat dock (Salute) was very close maybe 5 minutes maximum walk and even had a ramp for suitcases which was very welcomed. There is a nice little cafe across the street and lots of places within walking distance. The only downside is no elevator that we saw but a nice neighbor even helped us! Full size kitchen was also appreciated if we had a longer stay. Very nice place would stay again and highly recommend. ##### Kristen S. Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2022 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Abbey R. 27 mai 2022 #### Nightmare No one met us at check in or provided us with keys - only whatsapped us codes to open the building door and unit door. We checked in, killed tons of mosquitos, and went to dinner. When we got back, the keypads were all dead. This company does not have anyone on the phones afterhours(or ever?). Noone responded to our WhatsApp text, Calls or emails. Thankfully we were able to access our apartment (with all of our belongings) with a ladder a local restaurant kindly loaned us. 12 hrs after we reached out someone got back to us. We had to check out and check into a hotel down the block, since we couldn’t leave or enter our apartment with the dead keypads. They are now refusing a refund! Great location and view but lacking customer service - zero communication - and fraudulent business practices. ##### Abbey R.
