Escape the crowds and unwind in our tranquil 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasting a private pool and fenced backyard. Nestled in a serene and relaxed neighborhood, this immaculate home is conveniently located near beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, fishing spots, and adventure activities. During the off-season, we require a minimum rental of 5 nights, while January 1st to March 31st requires a minimum of 30 nights, and April has a minimum of 7 nights. The home comes fully furnished with complimentary Wi-Fi, two TVs with cable, internet, and optional free phone service upon request.  
  
Rest assured, our dedicated nearby staff is committed to ensuring your vacation stay is memorable and worry-free. Enjoy private parking and exclusive use of the heated pool in the fenced backyard. Additionally, you have the option to purchase a ferry pass to access the private South Venice Beach for $40 per month. Alternatively, there are eight other free nearby beaches accessible within 5-12 minutes by car. We offer close-by support to assist you with any issues during your vacation stay, and provide comprehensive lists of activities, restaurant guides, and shopping recommendations to ensure you make the most of your time without wasting days figuring out what to do and where to go.

#### LOVE SOUTH VENICE FL.

Property was great and the management was excellent. Great communication from Don and the one issue we had was promptly and efficiently managed. Lovely, quiet area with close access for services and entertainment, including beach access. House is well stocked and we were comfortable. Highly recommend and we plan to return.
